Our Amazing Team

Mandi Stewart

Founder – President

Mandi, a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, has over 20 years of experience in customer service, marketing, sales, and strategic planning, with the past 15 years spent in the medical industry. She is passionate about helping others, building strong relationships, and helping business owners grow and achieve their goals. In 2023, Mandi founded the Trenton Stewart Foundation in honor of her son, and she is deeply committed to supporting families and making a meaningful difference in her community through the foundation’s work.

    Dr. Robert W. Stewart

    Co Founder – Vice President

    Robert, a graduate of Loyola University Chicago, brings over 30 years of experience in leadership, compliance, privacy, technology, and strategic planning, including more than 13 years working in international business. In 2023, Robert co-founded the Trenton Stewart Foundation with a shared vision of supporting those in need and making a positive difference in the world, these values that were central to Trenton’s personality and life goals. He is deeply passionate about helping others and honoring Trenton’s memory through meaningful service. Through the foundation’s work, he remains committed to supporting families and creating lasting, positive change in the community.

      Pamala Hogan

      Executive Director – Secretary

      Pamala is a graduate of Northbridge University, a licensed cosmetologist, and former salon owner who went on to spend more than 20 years as an Account Executive and Educational Director for major beauty brands nationwide. After starting a family, she transitioned into graphic design, utilizing her design degree to create projects across a variety of mediums for clients around the world. A lifelong family friend of Mandi, Pamala is dedicated to supporting the foundation’s mission in honor of Trenton’s legacy.

          Jenn Spann-McCarthy

          Jenn, a graduate of the University of North Florida, has almost 20 years experience at Johnson & Johnson, where she has worked across R&D, QA Operations and Quality Systems. In 2018, she also became an Angel Parent, a role that deepens her compassion and commitment to service. She is an also a proud member of the Dream Coat Society with Wolfson Children’s Hospital. Jenn is deeply committed to giving back to her community and supporting others in meaningful ways. Her dedication reflects a belief that strong communities are built by people who care, give generously of their time and energy and work to create positive change for those around them.

            Betzy Camacho

            Betzy, a proud family person and dedicated fitness instructor. I’m passionate about building strength both at home and in my community. Raising a family is at the heart of everything I do, and I strive to lead by example through health, resilience, and positivity. Beyond fitness, I’m deeply committed to making a difference by supporting and raising funds for the Trenton Stewart Foundation, channeling my energy into causes that bring hope and impact to others.


              Josh Miller

              Josh is a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch and a graduate of Stetson University and Syracuse University. A former collegiate football player at Stetson, he brings a strong foundation of discipline, teamwork, and leadership to his professional & philanthropic efforts. Josh became connected to the Trenton Stewart Foundation through a personal resonance with Trenton’s story and is honored to serve on the board, helping advance its mission and positively impact lives in the community.

                Débora McCarty

                Débora is a dedicated real estate professional with a strong record of community involvement. She has spent years supporting local schools, the Girl Scouts of Gateway Council, and the Ponte Vedra Woman’s Club, consistently giving her time and energy to causes that make a difference. As a board member of the Trenton Stewart Foundation, Débora is proud to help create opportunities and provide meaningful support to families, while working to strengthen and connect the community she serves.

                  Dalila Guinn

                  Dalila is a mission-driven business transformation and technology consulting leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations create meaningful, sustainable impact. She specializes in aligning strategy, operations, and technology to improve services, strengthen communities, and expand organizational reach. With a collaborative and inclusive leadership style, Dalila has guided diverse, cross-cultural teams across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. An Executive MBA graduate from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, she brings both strategic insight and compassion to her work. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Dalila is passionate about empowering people, fostering partnerships, and supporting initiatives that make a difference.












                    Natalie Cabler

                    Natalie is a Mother-Baby Registered Nurse with 22 years of experience providing compassionate care to mothers and infants. She has also been actively involved in organizing and supporting fundraising events throughout her career to help strengthen the communities she serves. Her strong family values and lifelong commitment to caring for others make her honored to serve on the Trenton Stewart Foundation Board and support its mission of hope, advocacy, and opportunity for local families.

                      Logan Farrelly

                      Logan serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Youth Crisis Center, bringing more than a decade of experience in social work, clinical oversight, and program development focused on supporting youth and families. She has led initiatives across residential and community-based settings that prioritize early intervention, mentorship, and removing barriers to care for young people facing emotional and behavioral challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Clinical Supervisor, Logan is deeply committed to trauma-informed practices and developing strong support systems that help youth thrive. Her work closely aligns with the mission of the Trenton Stewart Foundation, particularly in expanding opportunities, fostering resilience, and creating pathways for youth to succeed both personally and within their communities. Logan holds a Master of Social Work from Florida State University and is known for her collaborative, mission-driven leadership and dedication to creating lasting impact.










                        Clara Edwards

                        Clara is a Senior Vice President with over 30 years of leadership experience in the banking and aerospace industries. She is known for driving operational excellence by modernizing people, processes, and technology at a global scale. Her expertise includes third-party and contract management, enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, legal operations, fraud and financial crimes, privacy, information security, program management, and data governance. A Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Clara brings a strong data-driven and continuous improvement mindset to complex, highly regulated environments. She is passionate about giving back, actively supporting nonprofit organizations and community initiatives. Clara holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida.

                            Colin Mailloux

                            Colin is currently Senior in-house legal counsel for the University of Florida and supports all aspects of the University’s business operations.  Colin is a graduate of Duke University and the University of Florida College of Law and has been a business and higher education lawyer for over 25 years.  He is a former college football player and feels connected to the mission of the Trenton Stewart Foundation.  He lives in St. Johns county with his wife Suzanne and his two daughters, Eliana and Avienne.
